I've always been a land use advocate, studying the law and US history to understand the intent of our founding fathers.  Through those studies I've been able to challenge the land use rule makers to conform to constitutional mandates.  It's not always been easy, or enjoyable, or successful, but always enlightening.  And I find I use that knowledge every day in making real estate dreams come alive for my clients.
